Q: I didn't see the _______ on HobbyStuff4U. Can I still buy it through your website?
A: We are in the business of bringing you the hottest products Japan have to offer. If you don't see a product, don't worry, if it's available, we can probably get one for you. We limit our website space to the most frequently requested items. Simply give us detailed information on what you would like and we'll give you a quote as soon as possible.
Q: What company do you use for the shipment?
A: We use two systems and both have advantages and inconvenients:
- S.A.L. Small Packet (Surface Air Lift) is limited at 2kg and no greater than 60cm in length, or with a total size (length + width + height) greater than 90cm.
Taiwan, South Korea, Venezuela, Brunei, Jordan and other nations do not offer S.A.L. service. S.A.L. parcel are not insure and do not have any tracking number. Delay will be 1-3 weeks
HobbyStuff4U will not be responsible for any lost parcel and refund will not be possible.
- EMS International Express Mail parcel are insure and have tracking number. In case of damage, lost or if you parcel have been stolen, HobbyStuff4U will exchange you product when possible or totally refund you. Note that Bahamas, Bermuda, Bolivia, Guatemala, Iceland, Jamaica, Nicaragua, the British Virgin Islands and some parts of former Yugoslavia do not offer EMS service.
Delay will be 4 to 5 working days.

Q: What is HobbyStuff4U Return/Refund Policy?
A: Since most of the products in Japan are sold in limited quantities we can not accept any returns. Before buying any products at HobbyStuff4U be sure of contacting us first if you have any questions.
Q: How do I cancel all or part of my order?
A: Customers are free to cancel any items or orders they have placed with us up to the time we begin actually packing the order for shipping.
Q: I can not use PayPal in my country, what can I do?
A: In that case we are not able to send you any parcel at the moment.
Q: Have you all the products in stock?
A: Unfortunately everything listed on HobbyStuff4U may not be always be available.
Many of the items shown on our pages are almost always in stock. But a good portion of them are limited items which are only manufactured once or every few months. That's just the nature of the hobby industry. Many of our products are limited editions; it is possible that at the moment you order we do not have yet any stock or that the product is out of sale. In the case the product is out of sale, we will refund you. HobbyStuf4U is reserving the right to cancel your order if the product you are looking for is becoming impossible to find.
